DIAMONA HOLDING IS A HOLDING COMPANY WHICH HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN EUROPE AND SPECIFICALLY IN GERMANY SINCE 2003.
During this period Diamona bought and sold income generating properties with value of over E1b. In 2007, Diamona Holding decided to concentrate on new resi development in Berlin under the brand name of Diamona & Harnisch. Since then, D&H has developed and sold over 1,200 units. Diamona & Harnisch is today one of the leading residential developers in Berlin.
Late 2019, Diamona decided to enter the Greek real estate market and to become one of the leading investor/developer in the market.

The Kefallinias 47 apartment building is located in the neighborhood of Kypseli, next to the market district of Patission street, very close to the center of Athens.
August, 2022
Asklipiou 80 is in the urban core of Athens in the vibrant neighborhood of Neapoli, Exarcheia. The building was initially built for industrial use, it was a printshop.
It has since been bought by Diamona Greece (“DG”) and has been repurposed for residential use, incorporating previous elements of the building into a modern design.
October, 2021
Tilemachou 11 & Mavromichali 92 is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Exarcheia with small shops, restaurants, and cafes. The building was previously a commercial building used as offices.
It has since been bought by Diamona Greece and has been repurposed for residential use, removing the outdated aluminum paneling, and giving the building a new modern design.

DIAMONA GREECE CORE DEVELOPMENT TEAM HAS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT.
Stefanos is Diamona’s leading architect, responsible for real estate acquisitions primarily focusing on planning, municipality responsibilities, design, and building permits. He oversees Diamona’s planning, construction quality, and assurance. He obtained his architectural degree from the University of Illinois, College of Architecture Art and Urban Planning, at Chicago, Chicago, IL.
Stefanos is a member of the Greek National Institute of Architects. He obtained his professional license from the Department of Professional Regulation.
Dimitri has more than 20 years of experience as an accountant. Today Dimitri is in charge of Diamona’s Accounting and Finance Department.
She helps with the daily operations of the construction department, ensuring the smooth communication between office and worksite. Filitsa has over 5 years of experience in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects as an assistant engineer.
He has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering field. Dimitris’ area of expertise lies in managing large and complex engineering projects.
Dimitri manages the numerous projects of Diamona, overseeing and coordinating with the site managers of each project.
Chris has over a decade of experience in design, construction and facility management. He has worked both on residential and retail projects and has organized tourist facilities. Chris is in charge of the last phase of each construction project facilitating the FF&E part, coordinating between all parties involved to create the perfect end-product caring the DG brand name. Chris holds a BA in interior design from Vakalo College, is fluent both in Greek and English and has completed studies both in Greece and the United States.
Before joining Diamona, Natasa worked for a big events company in Athens as an assistant to the head of production.
Natasa joined the operational team of Diamona to enhance its social media exposure and assist on rental and tenants’ communication.
Kostas has 10 years of experience in both management and administrative work. He brings a new perspective to Diamona Greece and its real estate acquisitions department.
After finishing his studies, he started working for various ISP companies in Greece acquiring an experience of 12 years.
In 2016 he expanded his knowledge by working on ICT sector as 1st and 2nd level support ICT assistant. Panagiotis now works in Diamona as an IT manager, ensuring that the network and all systems run efficiently.
He oversees the daily operations of the construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring that quality and safety protocols are met and are up to the company’s standards.
His role involves supervising daily maintenance operations to ensure the seamless functioning of the company’s premises.
With several years of experience, she serves as our company’s assistant accountant.
Presently, Dimitris assumes the role of Site Engineer at Diamona, where his daily duties encompass the coordination of construction crews and subcontractors, strict adherence to safety protocols, and meticulous oversight to ensure compliance with the company’s exacting standards.
Prior to joining Diamona, Matina gained valuable experience working at a prominent clinic and a private university, where she served as a Private assistant.
At Diamona, Matina seamlessly integrated into the operational team, where she played a pivotal role in elevating the back office position and offering invaluable support in rental procedures.
